Marisa Acocella Marchetto on New Mammogram Guidelines

Marisa Acocella Marchetto, author of Cancer Vixen, responded to last week’s United States Preventive Services Task Force guideline that women should start regular breast cancer screening at age 50, not 40. In a provocative piece published by the Huffington Post, which includes a revealing original cartoon sketch, Marchetto discusses her opinions on the matter.
